I have all the qualifications, would like to get into the vendor roundtable, who do I inbox?

On the marketplace,scroll to the bottom and click support.
There you can message SR Support, just ask them

Where exactly can Vendor support be contacted? Is that the same thing as opening a support ticket in the marketplace?

No, just do a search in the main site for "vendor support" and send a message to that account.
