:( Should i start suggesting things to the vendor or wait for an admin to make a decision. I cannot click on resolve for another 4 days and I didnt know if i should make any suggestions to the vendor or is it best to let the SR support contact them?? I dont know what to do or what is the best practice??

You have another topic open on this... please just one topic at a time. As for the question I think it's always important to try and reach out to the vendor first, then if there is no resolution, then let SR support mediate.
