Hey Guys,
I've been having a problem gaining access to my original SIlk Road onemanarmy81 account, every time I enter in my details it gives me a msg saying loggin failed. I don't access the site everyday only when I have an order to make. The last order I made was in May & had no problems but last few days I've been attempting to log back in but to no avail. I didn't change my password last time I made my order. I am attempting to access the site with this link silkroadvb5piz3r.onion] but I still get the same msg. When I use the same details for the community forum it works fine
I sent up a alternative onemanarmy812 account & I contacted SR support for some help & gave them all info I could regarding my onemanarmy81 account, I was asked to supply my last SR wallet address that I deposited BTC but I cant remember the code. The last transaction I had on the account was for some DMT from DRShrooms I also had a real life friend transfer over nearly a bitcoin during this time so I could make my order with DRShrooms.
I'm starting to worry now that I wont be able to regain access to my account & that I'll have to start using this new account but I don't want to lose my original account as I had excellent transaction history with successfully deliverers every time & close to 200 bitcoin spent. I've had this account since I started my adventure on the SIlk Road around a year & a half ago & if possible would like to keep it. Is this goin to be possible to get reset of will I have to start ordering with my new account. Thanks in advance for any help.

A few things here. One, if I am reading you correctly you said you use the same information on the forum as the main site to log in? If so, you should NEVER do that. ALWAYS have individual passwords for the two sites.
Next, you should keep your discussions with SR Support since you have followed protocol to get back into your account. So far it seems you've only been asked to provide the last bitcoin address you used to fund your account. That should be easy for you since if you are indeed the original owner of the account that you could log into whatever exchange you used, or wallet, and copy that address. Or it should be in the accounts history. If you're unable to do any of this then yeah, odds are you will need to start a new account.

I've just had the same issue.
I logged in yesterday and transferred some BTC overnight but then today I couldn't log in. I updated to the new TBB but still couldn't log in. Very strange. I automatically thought something had happened because of my newly deposited BTC and then with all the TOR exploit chatter I started getting paranoid.
So I went back to my previous TBB and on the 2nd attempt my login was accepted.
I'm going to change all my passwords now just in case my previous details were harvested in some way plus I've taken screenshots of the main SR page and my account page.
