Title: Seller seems to have disappeared

Hi, I submitted an order 14 days ago, the seller was great and had 100% positive feedback, from over 300 transactions. He has been a vendor for one year and was in the top 30% of sellers. Feedback was all great, but upon checking the status of my order today, I can see that his username has changed from jacky100 to jacky and he now has no items for sale, and the order I submitted now doesn't exist.  He was great at communication until yesterday and now his whole profile seems to have gone.  I have three more days until my order autofinalizes.  I can see my messages and his replies to me on my messages, but as I said before, his user name has changed from jacky100 to jacky and when I click on his name, there is no profile.  Any help would be much appreciated as this is my first experience here.  Thanks. :-[ :-[ :-[

Also, when I try to visit his vendor page it just takes me to a private message window.

He has likely been demoted. Hit the resolution.

This advice is correct.  You should put the order into resolution mode and send a message to SR support.
