Hi, I have tried sending a message to SR Support however keep getting the message that an error has occurred and the page cannot be found. So I am posting this here using the SR Support PGP key.

Other people have had some similar problems in the last few days.  Try resetting your identity in TOR and logging back in to resubmit your question.  If that doesn't work I'll forward on your request for you.
