I am praying that someone is going to able to assist me, i am currently unable to access my original SR account - 4twentylove. I have been a reasonable active member for 8+mth and have spent over $10k with less then 7% refund stats. I have been trying to access my account for the past 2day and continually receive the following error - "incorrect PW or UN. Logon again". I have never changed my PW and was successfully using it to access my account all week without issue. I am currently selling some a few items utilizing Gumtree Australia which, unfortunately i have obviously been unable to action/respond due to the denial of access to my account. I am a little suspicious that something/one? nefarious may be the cause of my denial of access due to the timing both in relation to $ and sales
I purchased 3 listing from Gumtree Australia and made my first 3 sales, receiving approx $300AUD from said sales via Gumtree Australia Advertisements. My access has been denied ever since, i last logged on to check my mail for any further notifications from Gumtree Australia and to check my account balance. I noticed my balance had increased post receipt of sale proceeds, i then logged off, went to the football and haven't been able to access my account in since ;-(
I am not too concerned re: $ been stolen/lost considering the small amount contained in my wallet (like everyone i would prefer not to lose it or worse have it stolen!) but am very eager to get my account access back so i don't lose 8+ months purchasing stats as well as rapport/relationships built using my account. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide and please let me know if there is any additional information provide to that might help getting my account access back.

Update: I have been trying to submit a support ticket via SR support (using the link in the bottom right cnr of market page) and continually recieve an error message and i dont think my support messages are being received. Any assistance for this issue or with my denial of access would be sooooooooooooo appreciated, i have currently have my first sales with Gumtree Australia and have been unable to check for any sales, along with $ from already completed sales! :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
