Title: How to get a vendor account?

Hey fella's I'm new over here. I just completed my 50 posts. Now have a massive headache lol.
I have +-800 grams of super lemon haze. I'm a trusted pot dealer in my country. I buy pot from the same growers as some coffeeshops in the netherlands.
I want to give 10 grams free away for the first 10 peeps who will comment in my future topic.
But first I need a vender account . I read silkroad sells 1 every 48 hour ? Can someone plz help me out where I can get one? Money isnt a problem. Whats the cost ? (dont want to pay over 300 dollar/euro)
