Title: Seller sent Methylone instead of MDMA. How long for resolution

Hi I have received Methylone from a seller instead of MDMA. I have messages seller but no response. Do I have to wait 10 days before putting the sale into resolution centre?

You need to wait until the "Resolve" link becomes available to you.  There's no way to speed up the process.
