Title: Do I have to wait to resolve

Hi here's the background:
 
I ordered from "Trader Joe's" on 7/20 he marks it in transit 7/24, so on 7/27 still no order . I messaged and he says his tracking says it sched for delivery for 7/29. So here it is 8/1 and no package and several messages  back and forth with vendor, telling what kind of situation I was put in because product didn't arrive. He basically messaged me back calling me a junky and a thief.  Real nice. So Apparently I am not the only one he has been screwing as his feedback from this last week he has been shitty to several folks.

My question is: Do I have to wait to try and resolve with SR cause when I hover over the deal thing it tells me "option available in three days"

I don't believe he sent order and I think as one person on his feedback suggested he may have sent bullshit letter to random place in my zip just to cover his ass with SR and show a tracking# as there is no way to confirm the address.  I am a relative newbie on the road having only spent $600 on  6 transactions but , this order was $300 and that may be small potatoes to some but it is alot to me. I just wanted to know if I can go ahead and start resolve process to get it started?

Or am I being irrational ? I don't think, but ya know I am "JUNKIE AND A THIEF" ha hah ha aren't we all! Any advice would be appreciated.

You cannot take the order into resolution any earlier that the system will allow you to I'm afraid. When you can though please made a clear statement of the facts and request the resolution you are seeking.

Hey

Thank you . I will. I/he has till sat. for it to  get here, But pretty sure if he "Really Sent" then should have been here by now. I am just phshhh about whole deal. Messaged and told will take up with SR resolution on Sat if not here. I just know it does not take as long as it has for delivery.

What's the standard time for the resolution link to become available?

I don't have anything to resolve at this time, I'm just wondering.
