				The vendor agreed to refund me 100% if it didn't arrive. I'm wondering, if nothing ends up showing up and the order is taken to resolution, could SR staff peer into the inbox logs and see that the vendor agreed to a full refund, assuming again that during resolution (s)he agreed to only 50%?
