This is a black market. If a 11 year old girl gets on here and knows what she wants, who are we to deny her?
We are not her parents, and her parents are obviously incompetent as hell if she's here rather than at her doctor asking for drugs.
That isn't to say doctors are NOT incompetent, but it's not like denying teenagers drugs is going to make their lives any better.
At least on SR, the drugs are very high quality, the teenagers have relative anonymity, and are unlikely to get stabbed in the gut and left to die slowly in some gutter somewhere.
I'd much rather have teens buying drugs here than one some shitty stabhappy street somewhere.

It would be fucking hilarious if they tried. Think about it. EVERYTHING runs on computers, and by extension, the net.
You know what would happen if they actually attempted that?
Two major things: Mainstream society would collapse overnight, and alternatives to the dead Internet would surface, especially secret fiber optic, wireless, freespace optic and other systems. People would bomb the FCC and blatantly ignore regulations, jamming military bands and turning the spectrum into a self-organizing anarchy like the Internet once was, so long ago.
It would make me so happy if they really were stupid enough to shoot their own foot like that.

yep, i always point out to people that we've only had police forces for the last few hundred years or so. the human race obviously managed fine for hundreds of thousands of years before that else we wouldn't be here now.
my take on why we have police forces now and how they came into being is this. up until a few hundred years or so ago there were no police forces. the rich land owners would have their own private army. this private army was there for the sole purpose really of defending the fat greedy land owner if, or we should say when, the peasants got pissed off with the landlord and decided to revolt. obviously the landlord couldn't defend against this himself so he hired a private army to do the job. the private army would occasionally go into the villages and distill some justice amongst the populace, but this was sporadic and was whatever justice suited the landlord at the time. if it didn't suit him then justice wouldn't be delivered at all. so it in no way benefited the villagers very much.
but keeping a private army is very expensive, and fat greedy lords don't like to pay for expensive things if they don't have to. especially as for the vast majority of the time the villagers wouldn't be revolting at all. so the private soldiers would be sitting around doing nothing yet still be getting paid a fortune by the lords. and they fucking hated that.
then one day some smart cunt came up with an idea on how he could get the villagers to pay for his private army instead, yet still retain them to defend him when the uprisings came. it was a dastardly plan. they would start using their private armies as a new 'army for the 'people', this new army they would call 'the police' and as far as anyone was concerned they were there to uphold the law and deliver justice and protection for all. anybody who had a problem could just call on the police and they would benefit from the full protection of the law. obviously this new police force would be paid for using taxpayer money, because it was a public service after all. and of course, all, also includes the rich greedy landlords, so if ever there was an uprising, it would be the duty of the police to jump into action to 'keep the peace'. 'those dumb little peasants are actually paying to defend us against themselves', scoffed one of the wealthier lords.
and so it was the police force was born. there have been many changes made to the police force over the years, mainly because the little people started to get suspicious, so it had to be made to appear that the main purpose of the police force is for the peoples best interests. but the people who make the changes and laws are still the rich greedy land lords, and its all a big facade to protect there own greedy interests first. the peoples problems like them getting raped, murdered or robbed will always come second to those, even though it is the little people still paying for the land lords own private army.

Imagine in real life if an 11 yr old asked for a gram of heroin? Would you sell it? I doubt it very much.
Even 13 yr olds, sorry but they ARE children, they should be in school getting educated not listening to DJ Whomever and snorting coke, heroin or even smoking a ciggarrette!
Drugs are for adults.
Children would not be able to buy alcohol unless they are aged 18.
I would not dream of selling drugs to any child.
And if someone sold heroin to my daughter when she was 11, I'd give him unconciousness for free.
I'll be honest, I've never used heroin and never will.
Its just too addictive - its too good for most to never use again.

An 11 or 13 or even 15 yr old is not most likely to buy heroin off here for the first time they use it if they are after a gram logic dictates have have used before and failing that they would just buy it off the street with christ knows what in it to cut it

Well, yeah, they wouldn't outlaw the Internet. But they would doubtlessly do something fucking stupid like block all traffic except port 80, institute felony charges for using Web proxies, running exit nodes, installing Tor, et cetera.
The government doesn't mind hurting itself, its citizens, freedom and profit - remember that drugs are illegal!

As for selling anything illicit to kids that's a big no no in my book.
I can generally discern who is an adult by the way they write while it's not fool proof it's the best at my disposal also younger people tend to brag try impress which is another useful signal. SMS txt speech type communications are cut off immediately no qualms. I would never work with the OP of this thread seems unhinged.
