Title: "Insufficient funds" when attempting to withdraw into SR
Post by: RBfladgate on July 21, 2013, 03:42 am
Allo.

I've searched a bit for answers on the forum, but the few threads that seem to be related all seem to just end with "issue should be resolved now," so I figure I'd give it a go.

Newbie to SR, trying to figure this all out.  I have purchased, verified btc, which I have attempted several times to import to SR.  Every time, I get the response "insufficient funds."  I have followed suggestions to reduce the amount that I attempt to transfer, always to the same response.  I've tried transferring to a different wallet, waiting for them to verify, same response.  Suggestions?

So you are trying to make a deposit INTO your SR wallet?  From where?  If you have btc outside of SR that you're trying to get into SR but are having issues with, that sounds like a non-SR problem.  Can you give us more details?

if i've understood you correctly....you're trying to import the bitcoins from your other wallet..to your Silk Road Account?  Now....are you trying to  do this from your SR account page? with the withdrawl coins section?

I appologize if i've read this wrong....  but if i am correct..you cannot just import the coins..you have to go to your other wallet and send them to your SR BTC addy.

Once again, i appologize if i read this out of context.  :)

Peace & Hugs  :)
