Title: A new scam jam! Link to fake .onion phishing in user Feedback!
Post by: Maleficence on July 19, 2013, 01:30 pm
Hey, guys. Since this morning on several users page (especially the ones I was looking at for benzos almost every good vendor it seemed had one) in the place where you are supposed to put your feedback some douche bag has been putting something to the effect of "The only REAL threat to Silk Road is _________" Just replace the _______ with a fake Atlantis .onion.. The real Atlantis .onion is [CENSORED: scam link]rky4es5q.onion, but this asshat is putting something similar he has the atlantis part right, but every after Atlantis is NOT the correct onion, and I don't even have to click on it to know it's a scam more than likely I am assuming that it is a phishing scam to get people to put in their real usernames/passwords on his fake login page.  If you do that he will easily clean out whatever money you may have on the Atlantis site now, or in the future when you put money on there.  Not to mention possibly fucking destroy your good name by ordering a huge order, and not paying for, or god forbid if you are a vendor there, and he takes a bunch of orders, or something.. Very sketchy... If you have clicked this I suggest you change your password, and if not I would appreciate it if someone would report this guy to SR Admins if they know the right person to report this to.  I am going to link one of the pages I found the user feedback on, but in a very short time I found three of them so for all I know he has done this on TONS of pages, but the few I saw were all recent that said 5 hours ago (as of like an hour, or so before I posted this..) Here is one page where he did it - http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad/user/e2ab66404f/0/25, but I know of several more if an admin, or somebody needs to contact me, and also you can probably find more another way it seemed like this guy was buying up xanax products so if you search for xanax vendors you can probably find more I just don't have a good connection. Well, I guess an admin can probably just search by the guys username, or something to erase all the fake Atlantis plugs he is posting, and hopefully ban his sorry ass from the site.. Anyhow, that's enough outta me I just thought I should post something in case anybody who isn't as familiar as I am with the Atlantis site has already been tricked.. Take it easy!    ~Maleficence

If anyone comes across feedback where it mentions that stupid phishing site, please use the "report this listing" link so the staff can remove it!

Nice! I saw that on one of my heroin vendor's page. He updated his profile to say don't go to the website but...
It is a bit odd that they're buying stuff and then leaving the links on feedback...I wonder if it's all one account?
Hi cirrus....will 'report this listing' remove the listing or remove the feedback? Because I was going to order from this vendor and this particular listing has the link on it...

It will just flag the listing so that SR staff can take a look at it and remove that particular feedback (or the link therein) -- so it won't remove the listing or anything like that.

Oh, ok. I'm sorry Cirrus I am kind of new here. I thought the "report listing" links were for like if a vendor was doing something shady.  I guess when you click it it probably gives you a little spot to put the "report" in so you could say why you clicked it?  I'll try doing that next time.  I was more concerned about people that maybe had used Atlantis once, or twice when it was smaller, and then thought "Oh, hey I haven't been to that other site in awhile I think I'll check it out," and were maybe a little spaced, or whatever and didn't think about it being a scam. Anyhow, thx for the advice man.
