hi, im new to silk road, i purchased some speed from MagicFalcon about three days ago... he sent me a message to finalise early if i wanted my stuff to go out with the next days mail via express post... i read his feedback which was all good so i finalised early... its been 3 days so i tried to contact him but it looks like he hasnt got anymore listings up and his account is closed.... is there anything that can be done about this situation??? thanks in advance...

It appears as though MagicFalcon has been demoted. Unfortunately, since you finalized early, there is nothing Silk Road can do to get your funds back. It's always best to stay in escrow, though I am sorry to hear that you were scammed.

I don't know anything about the details, but visiting his vendor profile takes you instead to a blank new message page, which is usually what happens when a vendor is demoted / banned for whatever reason.

At this point, you'd need to work it out directly with them since you already finalized, so I'll go ahead and lock this thread. I hope the vendor makes things right for you!
