Title: Changing feedback
Post by: makswell on July 19, 2013, 05:08 am
Hi there,
a couple of weeks ago I made a purchase from a vendor who'd been through a bit and was looking to get up and running again. He asked me to finalize early because I have no history.  I understand that from that point anything that happens is my fault and take full responsibility for my actions.  What really irks me about it though is that in the last couple of days the vendor actually admits that he hasn't sent the orders on his page, literally.

" Now I will admit that over the past month I have stated that packages had shipped when they had not shipped yet, for this I apologize, but the reason this ends up happening is due to good intentions."

I'm not after sympathy, but would appreciate the opportunity to warn the next sucker.  My question is about leaving feedback.  I've noticed a few times that some feedback responses appear to have been edited later.

Eg.   "Just arrived, Looks good will update later what it's like.    EDIT  Dynamite stuff thanks!"

Any ideas?

You should be able to do it this way:

Account --> View Feedback --> Edit

It's no problem at all - that's why I'm here!  :) :)
