Title: Vendor rating and profile page have disappeared?

I've recently placed an order with a certain vendor. Since placing the order, the vendor's profile page and rating seem to have disappeared - when I click on his name it takes me to "send vendor a message" page instead of his profile page.

What's going on here? My order is still in "processing," will it get sent out or will it get cancelled?

They have been demoted (banned). If your order is still in the processing stage submit a customer support ticket via the market site and an admin will cancel your order or you can cancel yourself after 4 days.
