I wouldn't trust anyone that sends you messages like that... better safe than sorry.

Its a scam they are getting a bunch of dumb noobs with it.  They ask you to sign up and pay like 4$ a month.

I've actually received a handful of these messages, I don't even get past the first line and delete.. nouf said.
