You mean changing your main site account's password?  Yes, it's possible!  You just need to click on "account" at the top of the page and then "Settings" over in the box on the right side of the page.

tks - after that note by nightcrawler re using diceware.com and reading what they had to say about picking passwords, i'm even more paranoia than usual
