Title: Locked out of my account ?

Hello everyone!
   Just created my new seller account. I logged in and changed my profile, then got logged out automatically. I tried to log back in to my account and it wont let me in.
I'm sure I have the right password and I have tried multiple times.
Please help?

I'm having a similar problem... I can't login anymore since I came back from my weekend... It says "login failed" I tried multiple times with 100% the right info

In these cases, first, make sure you are accessing Silk Road from the correct url:  silkroadvb5piz3r.onion

You could then try typing in the password by hand rather than copying and pasting.  For whatever reason, sometimes that has worked for people.

In the event that neither of those work, then you will want to create a new account.  From the new account you should send a message to customer support with information about your most recent bitcoin deposit (to help show that the account does indeed belong to you), and they will help reset the password and get you back in.

  Contacted SR customer service and they sorted it out  :D
Unfortunately it looks like someone has been trying to guess my PIN wrong more than 6 times and has locked up my account. I must have clicked a Phishing link from the hidden wiki to get there  >:(
i'll save the SR url nicely from now on...

Glad support got you back into your account, you will have to wait the 72 hours for a pin reset unfortunatly but at least your btc were not stolen.

i'm glad that you're back in and they were able to get it sorted so quickly for you!  also a good idea to memorize the silk road url.  i memorized it in parts:
