Title: Can't login

Can't login to the marketplace. It keeps saying Error- login failed, try again.

Is the site down or something?

I've tried new connections and new Tor Browser, different captchas, can't get it!

Help  :'(

I think i've been phished....... Is there any way the moderators can recover my account? The bitcoins are probably already gone but please help!!!!!

Moderators can't do anything for you, so you'll need to create a new account on the marketplace and send a message to SR Support from it with details of your last btc deposit (to confirm the account belongs to you).  Then they'll help reset that password for you!

Ok I just did that, thanks! Shitty to be out of $500 but i guess thats what I get for being dumb about login information!

Yup, really shitty, I really hope they can get my account back. I can make $500 back no problem, I just really don't want to have to start from scratch on a new account!

No need to worry - if you've messaged support from your new account, they should be able to help you reset your password and get back in to your original account.
