Title: Silkroad acc. password changend? How to contact support because of the bitcoints

Hello,

i friend of mine whos not able to speak english has lost/forgot his account password or somebody changed it. My question is: Can i contact the support and can the reset the password?

Did your friend ever enter his PIN when logging in? If so he logged into a scammer site and the BTC are gone. I don't think SR will reset a password; since it's anonymous, how could they possibly know if it were a legitimate request?

Thanks very much for the fast answer. Your right but my friend can tell SR what stands in his mails and what he ordered. The problem is because of 13 bitcoins on his account.

And he has never entered his pin on a fake silkroad side.

get him to create a new account and then use that to message support about doing a password reset on the other one.

How can he contact the support? Or what is the name cause i need a name to send the message.

Go to bottom of any page right hand side click support at bottom of that page click support ticket or contact support cant remember but its there

Ummm I think the point is that the account owner cannot speak English therefore his friend here is trying to help him out.
