... transaction?

Hi guys,

this is not really my 1st post, just forgot the password of my old account. ;-)

I need your help and advice on an issue I have with a vendor. I will name him so other buyers might finally find something when they search for him (i wish i had). This is about "hazebusta". Only bought 1 time before my problem order (classic) and of course I FE'd. Ordered 5g Skunk and 5g K2 (both weed) for 2 BC$ (at the time 120 Euro, 7 days ago). 1st order only took 1 day to show up. After 3 days of no-show and recent feedback of users that their orders have been cancelled (my order was not cancelled, does this even work when finalized?). I messaged the vendor. Since I already FE'd, the transaction was "closed", and my money went to his account (AT LEAST THIS IS WHAT I MUST ASSUME).

then then my nightmare began, he answered to my message :
"all silkroad orders have been cancelled due to technical bug. sorry, but you need to re-order. p.s. skunk is sold out now."

I WAS "UNHAPPY".

i replied "i already FE'd, please send my money back. what bug are you talking about? why don't i find anything about that in the forums?". i got an answer 3 (!!!) days later.

he wrote "hangon, when i cancel, your coins are returned. what's going on? i had one guy going AWOL and had a lot of stress".

that was it. that was the whole answer. i waited three days for that.

then I sent another message to make him understand that I had already FE'd. i was/am kind of "UNHAPPY" because he either doesn't want to understand or he is just acting everything. honestly, i wasn't / still am not 100% sure what is going on. is his mind limited or is this ripping off in plain sight?

the next answer came one day later:

"ok, as a sign of good will please send me your address again, i will make up for it somehow".

everyone, if this vendor is admitting that all orders were cancelled and I obviously finalized the deal, can this still be considered a deal? can't it just be undone by the admins? it's not as if he said he sent it out. he said he didn't. and he is acting surprised that i didn't get my coins back.

though it seems too obvious whats going on I would like to rule out a technical error. maybe something really went wrong and hazebusta is just terribly bad with his communication.

Since 7 days I am trying to get this solved, I seem unable to. I don't get replies in less than 24 hours which makes things very complicated, in the beginning it even took 3 days before he read my message. I am not too confident that I will receive what I have bought, but maybe there will be a surprise.

I send him my address via privnote-link, this is now 25 hours ago and still... he didn't read the mesage yet.

Can some just please book the 2 BC$ I invested to my account?

in his profile he has this :

"
....
we rather have a happy and returning customer.
- You can always revise the rating later."

In the course of the last days I edited my feedback to 1/5 for 2 transactions with this:
-------------------------
orry, but I feel totally LEFT ALONE. Ordered and FE'd as per policy. No weed came. No info from vendor. Then I asked if it would have been shipped. Vendor replies "All orders cancelled due to bug in the system, I need to re-order everything". But my order was not cancelled, since I already FE'd. So my money is spent/gone and I got no weed and nothing is on the way. And the vendor neither informed me in advance nor did he repay the money yet. Also it turns out that the item I ordered is not available anymore. This is not good service and not how to run a business! VENDOR, please get back to me and take care of me. Since I still don't have the situation clarified and still waiting for answers I need to use "bad feedback" as a method to receive attention. I DON'T LIKE TO DO THAT, it always stinks. Why couldn't he just inform me and repay my money that he received in ADVANCE? Why do I need to find out and run after my money? If nothing is communicated I expect everything's fine. Well, not in this case...
-------------------------

He didn't even react in any way so this had no noticeable influence and did in no way help to speed up things.

Are there any options left for me or others (admins)?

At this point I cannot recommend ordering from him, at least not until the whole thing is clarified to the satisfaction of both parties,. I've done way over 100 transactions, this belongs to my personal worst 3.

thank you in advance and best regards,

goadelic

As the post above states, if you FE you go it alone and assume all the risk, SR cannot and will not be able to assist you in anyway whatsoever.

DO NOT FE.

The only thing you can do it try and work things out with the vendor, send them a copy of your transaction details relating to the order showing that you finalized etc. If they still do not want to play ball there is little you can do beyond drop your feedback and post a warning on the forums etc.

Thank you for the quick response. Of course I shouldn't FE and this certainly was the last time I was doing it.

So support is principally ONLY given when users do not FE (no exceptions, never)? Admins can't even drop this vendor a mail/reminder that he is responsible to fulfill his side of the deal? Like "We have been informed that... blablabla. Please take care of your shit." ?

I guess a small clap on the hand might already do the trick.

Thanks again,

best regards,

This issue with FE is you have released the coins to the recipient and there is no way of retrieving them, you should only FE when you are happy with your transaction and everything has been concluded to satisfaction. It is for this reason SR support is unable to assist you once you have finalized.

You can use the "report this vendor" link on the vendor's profile and report that he scammed you.  You won't get any of your funds back, but if multiple people report being scammed, SR will look into it and possibly ban the vendor.  When you FE, you assume all risk by leaving the protection of the escrow system.

OK, understood. Thanks again for your comments. I guess I expected too much of the support then. While I can understand that I can only get parts or whole of my money back if I do not FE, I would have hoped that the SR support is acting more like a "court". Reviewing evidence and statements and also act upon that, etc. It seems like it is more of a technical support, consciously not wanting to dive deeper into issues, which is somewhat understandable. What a pity... I mean just as an example: this vendor messaged me and clearly stated that he didn't send anything out. It's kinda obvious that this is not how it is supposed to be.

ANYWAYS... just as an update from my side to present all the facts and to not condemn the vendor too early:
I got a message from the vendor, he said he would have sent out 10g of weed now, I will get back to this thread to let you know how it turned out.

Thanks again and have a great day everyone!

The problem with expecting SR to act as a court is that they too are relying on what the two sides say and as we know, there are people out there who stretch the truth somewhat.  for example the buyer could claim non delivery and there's no way for them to confirm that and with some sellers they don't get a proof of postage or any kind of tracking note so there's no way to confirm it.

The best bit about SR is that you have some leverage with the seller because of the ratings and forum and you can contact them, try buying on the street and looking for recourse if the dealer goes off and never comes back with your stuff. So while SR may not have the tight control of the sellers that someone like amazon does, it certainly beats trying to deal with a dude in a pub.

Hi everyone,

just wanted to let you know that the vendor finally came through and I got what I ordered. I guess it's a good example for things going wrong on the vendor-side and people judging too early (me). The vendor still seems trustworthy.  Placed another order yesterday which already arrived today. Looks solid. Of course everybody needs to understand that FE should really be the exception rather than the rule, because in the end, if things go wrong, you're on your own.

best regards,

Hi there,

i just want to bring this to all users attention just in case they think about buying from this vendor (my first bad feedback):

Very unprofessional. I payed for coffeeshop quality gear and got trim, sticks, and from 10g i bought i got only 2g quality. The rest were 5,5g minibuds full of leave (trichromes are not ready) and 2,5g pure LEAVES!!! So i paid the price for BEST QUALITY COFFEESHOP WEED and got third quality garbage. To Top that off the weed was underweight by 0.3.
I messaged him and kindly asked if he is willing to work something out but only got very unfriendly answers he pointing to his SR stats and cant understand why i am not happy with what i got?

i asked a second time! He answers even unfriendlier telling me he has no time for such conversations? Shocking. U dont want to buy here. There are enough sellers with better quality gear, cheaper AND friendlier. Choose budsupplies, atlas, DutchMagic or whoever. U dont have to be worry to get third quality gear. U will always get the biggest and nicest buds. If u have problems u have a very friendly, professional customer service taking care of every problem u have, doesnt matter how small or big that is.
But dont buy at this incompetent guy (u dont believe he is incompetent? look at his prices... the 3g offers are cheaper than 10g of the same strain... this guy is plain stupid, sorry to say but its true)

The seller hazebusta is a shame to SR really. He is killing the positive vibes created by all the nice and reliable sellers/users.

Also i suspect this guy is faking a lot of his feedbacks to make real (bad) reviews doesnt kill his stats too much. And to climb the % ladder faster (seems he is very proud on that and lets his stats talk for himself against problems like mine). Why would i think that? Well i was viewing his profile for a long time and after i told him i have to make a bad review if he is not willing to work something out (by the way: my first bad review from over 40 flawless transactions. The first time i opened up a pack and was highly disappointed), his feedbacks exploded!! Tons of FE's all of the sudden flooded his profile page. I cant prove anything obviously but make up ur own opinion. Dont get fooled by the good feedback, it may very well be faked.

This kind of money is not worth this kind of service. I wouldnt even buy that crap for 50€ less (honestly). i can buy better gear from across the street for less than half the price.

Anyway i hope that this was only a mistake and u all get what u pay for. But i very much doubt it.

Cheers

thank you for first part, about support tickets would you please send me link for it? i did report, almost any day on last 5 -6 days when i was pretty sure i was scammed. but i think any report sostitute its previous form. u can also pm for the link if not a problem.
Thanks for watching up on him, im not interested at this point on get my weed or similar but i was 1 step closer to get 100g instead of 8 ........... so you can imagine how i felt, and i hope all new users gonna read this before have orders, that's why i make public it's name, im not a lamer i would never someone business for a mistake, i had to be sure at almost 99% of what i was doing,so thats why i finally posted his nick, i also told him that i would make all his  "commercial way to go" (invisible little scams) public.

The 2 grams in there were quite nice and i would love to buy 10g of that in high quality. But with that attitude its quite impossible.

Anyway, i think i might got something wrong to make u open the thread because its not something i want to bring to the support but rather to the users so i probably should have opened another topic. But im fine if somebody use the search bar and finds this :)

All the best

I ordered from him and finalized early 11 days ago now. I never received a shipment confirmation or anything so 2 days later I wrote him a message asking if it has been shipped and he said yes it's been shipped.
But even 7 days after he told me he shipped it I still received nothing. And I live in the same country as him by the way. Wrote him another message asking whether this is normal or not 2 days ago and still just got no answer to that one.
I'm very angry. I start to doubt that I'll still receive the order...

EDIT:
This is funny... This morning I wrote him another message after he didn't reply for 3 days saying that if he won't reply soon I will have to report him to the admins. And suddenly, within 30 minutes he replied saying he doesn't let himself get blackmailed and that I just destroyed my chances for a solution to our problem. He had 3-4 days to suggest me a solution and now, once I talk about admins he suddenly answers within 30 minutes after all this 4 days of messages from me?!
This is stupid as hell. He obviously is scamming and must get banned!

any news about hazebusta? i have a similar problem with him. made several orders in the past, that all went perfectly fine. delivery in 1-2 days, good quality, fair price, so i thought you could trust this guy. FE for my current order is now 8 days ago and nothing has showed up yet. i messaged him twice, no answer yet, and what freaks me out the most is the fact that he doesn't even READ my messages.
i guess the only thing i can do for now is give bad feedback and keep sending him messages, but i don't think that will change anything about the fact that i lost 120 € to him... i'm still wondering if those things happen on purpose, or if he's just too busy with that whole bunch of orders coming in everyday. :-\

I also have a similar experience with this vendor. I made an order about a month ago (FE'd as I didn't meet his requirements for escrow at the time) and have received nothing. I've been sending him messages since then and the only reply I received was him telling me to use the resolution centre... Obviously I can't do this because I FE'd on this order. So of course I give him a 1/5 but this hardly dents his feedback as he has a shitload of people finalising early with 5/5 every day. Luckily it was only a small order but I'm still not giving up on this joker until he resolves this with me or some action is taken by SR.

i finally got an answer from hazebusta. he told me that the risk is on the buyer's side on every order and he can't do anything about it. he also advised me to never order from him again. i am still quite sure he never sent out the package. i know that his packages are stealthy enough to come through, and i also didn't receive a letter from customs. so where else should my package be? plus there are just too many complaints by other customers not receiving their orders.
i still don't know if he scams people on purpose or if he's just too busy. all i can say is that this guy has very very poor customer service...

Hate to piss in your cornflakes, but why in the holy FUCK would ANYONE buy weed through the mail??  Jesus Tap Dancin Christ folks...are you jonesing so fucking hard....FOR POT....that you would risk a Federal Prison sentence in order to recieve a fucking blunt worth of pot that can be found on any street corner in any city anywhere??????

Then...to top off that asinine-ness, you decide to FE and come back to the forums whining like a friggin chick on her rag about how you got scammed.  Well ya know what buddy....YOU DESERVED IT!  Deserved it for having the mental capacity of a fucking grasshopper and FE'ing....not to mention ordering fucking pot through the mail.

I've had 6 transactions since being a newb.  I have never FE'd and I've never gotten scammed.  Know why?  Because rather than spamming to get to 50 posts...I actually READ the sticky threads which clearly state to NEVER EVER FE.

Man the fuck up and move on dude...it was only a Benny.
