Ah shit, so what would you recommend doing If I just so happened to purchase one of these from sheep?

I'd ask for public forgiveness.... or share your subscription with others.

I apologize because I'm in no way educated in these sort of computer ordeals, but what exactly is this concluding?  That DPR was able to extract all this info w/o any real effort?

Well, yeah, and that all its users are susceptible to exposure.  Basically if they can't even protect this information what else aren't they protecting?

Also, your porn subscriptions are at risk to public exposure.

Damn, shits ridiculous...all porn subscriptions in general or just ones that were purchased from tormarket/sheep

Just the tormarket porn subscriptions... ohh and the completely idiotic plans to escape to a country where you'll likely be beheaded.

LMAO

So user icq has the highest amount of products purchased. We investigated a little further to see precisely what he bought (and we could do this for every buyer I would like to point out):

That was petty funny. :)

Goodbye old friend... you'll be missed :(

I think we've done a pretty good job collecting and republishing important articles here.  Check out the knowledge base tab up above for a collection of important tutorials and useful pages from the previous forum and wiki page.

Silk Road Discussion / Re: DDOS attack made by BMR staff?
« on: December 10, 2013, 03:33:30 am »
BMR would not DDoS Silk Road. Somebody is going to troll these posts for an article and don't spread FUD mates. Backopy is a pretty classy guy.

^^^ This

BMR is not behind this attack, please do not spread misinformation, there is enough going around already.

+1

Remember who stepped in and supported SR members when the previous site went down, Backopy and the BMR staff.  DPR's message didn't specify anyone and let's not assume things.

Yeah, I've noticed that too.  It's good to know that people are at least going here to check for updates.  DPR does a good job of linking members to the forums for updates.  The old site would just say that it's down for maintenance. Not that many members used the forums or knew to even go their for market updates.

That 533 was the day or days following the previous site going down.  The average per day was way below that and was around 125 to 170ish per day prior to the site being seized.  We have been maintaining on the higher end of people here per day. But yes Wonka, there is the Coachella factor that skews all our numbers.  :)

Just as many active members here now as there ever was on the previous forums.  Seems to have gained popularity after the previous site's downfall.

This has not been confirmed, but it's alleged that the PGP keys are NOT a match.  Do you have both to post in order to back up your claim?

We understand that you are not allowed to register just yet but advertising outside markets is not allowed.  Please keep checking back for updates on when we open back up our vendor registrations.

Off Topic / Re: BMR hacked - backopy going through with the shutdown.
« on: December 06, 2013, 03:27:51 am »
So Backopy gave himself a $200k exit bonus? Not bad.

200 bitcoins doesn't equal 200 thousand dollars - if you're going to be a retard at least do it properly for the sake of the community.

Proof that niggers and math don't mix. Whoops! Did I say that out loud?

John is this your shill account?

I was thinking the exact same thing when I read that.
Cirrus don't you have some penetration to do? ;)

My god... Mr. Wonka control yourself!

Customer Support / Re: WHERE IS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT?
« on: December 06, 2013, 03:06:42 am »
It's a work in progress. Same staff but the site is in its infancy.  We're working out the bugs and trying to catch up to building a custom site in one month the equivalent of a website that had over two years to perfect.  If you think SR 1.0 was without glitches and errors you would be mistaken.  It had a ton of problems all the time... this site is getting there you just need to be patient.

Send a message to Customer Support on the main site and you should get a response within 24 hours.
