Synergy left on a preplanned vacation and we suspended the account until he checks back in. We won't confirm anything else publicly to not give our enemies more information.

If I had the ability to address this situation from DPR's position I would have already, but unfortunately anything else other than what I have told all of you would be a lie.  I'm not going to start spreading false promises. I will continue to encourage DPR to address these concerns.

It is with great sadness that I address the arrests of our beloved family members Libertas, Inigo and SSBD.  Our oppressors have taken another step to further silence our cause and silence our beliefs.  It would do no justice to the work these loved family members did here to talk about their departure as a loss to our community, because the truth is they made us stronger and sacrificed themselves for the cause we believe so greatly in.  We should instead focus on all that they gave to us to further our freedoms.

As Libertas once said, "We must stand on the shoulders of this tragedy that has befallen us and raise high what still remains - our sense of community, freedom and justice."

I can personally attest to the love and unselfish devotion these members gave everyday to this community without ever a question of what was in it for them.  They lived and breathed for this community and gave their freedom for the ideals they so wholeheartedly believed.

We will miss you - and will forever remember your sacrifices.

He has a chance to do a runner now and it is very possible to get out of ireland un noticed. Inigo did not post. It was an SR2 dealer who had been busted (so beware that he claimed that the feds "knew things they shouldn't" such as buyer disputes etc.). It has been falsely reported as Inigo. Inigo was held overnight after his arrest Thursday and had a court hearing yesterday - per Forbes. Presumably he wasn't bailed given that he's being charged for crimes as serious as Ross's alleged crimes.

Libertas has not communicated and has also had his account suspended as a precaution. (I think it was Cirrus who confirmed that).

Yes, Libertas, Inigo and Synergy's accounts have been suspended for the time being. 

To be clear, we only suspended Synergy's account because he was going to be away on vacation for holidays and didn't want to risk having a vulnerable account open during this time.

So SSBD really had both admin and moderator priviledges and was not synergy.

I don't want to confirm information publicly of who was who at what times, but looking over that indictment it seems they are fairly confident in what they have already.
