there are 3 good inert ingredients. 1. LACTOSE (milk sugar)(thats what everyone says to use) 2. Pure fiber (its not metamucil, its a cooking/mix type of fiber, this works amazingly well, plus it is healthy) I actually got some great feedback with the fiber. might just stick to this. 3. Fine grain sugar. This is my least favorite way, but it works.. Right, now, its mixed with sugar. the first few batches were fiber. It will always say what its mixed with on the page... I have some lactose coming, so, ill see how that goes. but it will be mixed with one of these three. Only the sugar has been sent out to buyers here.. I dont know what the guy from canada mixed with, i think it was lactulose, it gave me gas.. i know that lactose may do the same. (its not that bad and not or even noticable if you are an occasional user.)
