99 percent plus of all packages make it to their destination safe. If you are saying that the vendor sent it and it wasn't received and there was proof of it being sent, why should the vendor take the whole hit? The vendor has no control once it leaves our hands. I think a 50/50 solution is more than fair. Now, if the vendor has a history of packages not showing up, then id have a different stance on this. A 50/50 split is VERY fair. You have to remember tht the vendor lost his product and money too. Im saying this as if the facts are correct. Did the vendor really send out the package? if he did, then a split is a very equitable solution.. Maybe im not understanding the issue, but that's what I get out of it... So, if a vendor honestly sent the prouct, a 50/50 deal is VERY equitable. Normally, i would say, that ITs out of the vendors control, but to maintain good standing and for good faith, i believe a 50/5
