i understand, i really do.

DPR and their Staff are continually working on these things as well as other things pertinent to everyones Safety.

If i could, i'd just snap my fingers  so everyone could be immediately happy   :)

But i can't.....  :(

All of these things will get straightened out   :)

The Support claims are all being answered and looked into one by one...that's all that i know.

Every issue is being worked on and Customer Support claims are being answered in order....the queue for the backlog is a mile long .

Suport has a backlog a mile long...Pleased be patient..i know i say this alot...however...there really is nothing to do right now..

Support will get to you as soon as they can, as each Support claim is put into a queue.
