Never enable Java.
if you're to do this again, i would suggest going somewhere else on someone elses computer/public computer possibly to register at these places. Tor is designed to allow you to browse the web anonymously ...just don't have a normal browser open and going to the same pages...
For the most part i think you'll be ok
