Just a heads up for people. I am not sending packages to AUS for the time being as i previously stated on my vendor page that i had 2 orders sent but a ton of PM's asking if i was sending there. This raised alram bells in my head that not all packages come through so i suspended orders as i did not want to risk upsetting customers. Today i got my first poor feedback 1/5 from a customer who FE ( which i never asked for on international orders when i first started vending) and who didnt contact me about his concerns or for me the chance to offer a reship or refund before leaving the feedback. Also as we know feedback can't be edited aswell. So i am still refunding the customer but obviously this leaves me in a pickle. So please customers whenever you order from me please contact me and do not not leave feedback until everything is resolved. Customers are free to leave any score they wish but i would rather try help them out first I plan on increasing my stealth even more in the future to to try australia again. I still ship everywhere international.
