I advice you not to cancel your bond to get it back as a few vendors have done this and lost there vendor account. I don't know if they havent got the right sales/ stats to claim it back or it is a SR bug but it is better to be safe than sorry. SR staff will be working on this and i don't know the full details but i just want to give a heads up so it doesnt happen to any other vendors.
