Read the thread mate. On his first post he says - For a SHORT time only we will be verifying BMR and Sheep vendors. This will be upto the staffs discretion but we will not be accepting anyone with less than 100 successful transactions on either site. This will be for 2 days only. 12/01/2013 12:00UTC  12/04/2013 12:00UTC. So everyone who keeps asking - You have until the 4th Dec if you are or have been a vendor on SHEEP or BMR with 100 OR OVER TRANSACTIONS.
