Simple questions - why has the site been down for 24 hours with no warning or explanation? Is something wrong? Are you under attack? What are you doing to fix it? When can we expect to be able to get to our funds?
Just answer the questions and everyone can calm down a bit. Simple.
Which do you prefer, a moderator/admin who is busy answering forum questions for your convenience a peace of mind?
Or a moderator/admin who is busy working on the solution to the issues you are having?
Why do you have to know everything in order to be patient? Why can't you just be patient without the need to know every step and detail?
Your post would be relevant if the moderators/admins were working on a solution, but by the looks of synergy's posts it doesn't seem that is the case.
The site has been down about 12 hours or so not 24.
They are not going to tell you whats going on for security reasons probably and by reading all the ridiculous posts i don't think they want to waste time answering.

I cannot understand how you could possibly not see my point. Just a few words to calm the community. That's all it takes.
No creating a thread like this causes panic and paranoia. I just saw the site was down, thought oh well it will be up soon i will wait. I was on last night so its not been down long. SR had days, one time a week with unexpected downtime.

I can't believe the 4 posts above u! There has been announcements, the site is only a month or so old, they have said they are implementing new features, sheep and bmr have gone down, they are adding these vendors aswel and just finished/finishing the old SR vendors for everyone so this is a great marketplace! Maybe there should be new features like customer membership or invite only to the forums so we actualy have people on here who are grateful to have this service!
@cascas if your trying to log on hours at a time refreshing this will not help the site.
I guarantee these members will not leave silkroad like they say they will come on the next day and carry on complaining.
I see your posts everywhere telling people to chill out, but what makes you the expert? What makes you think you know exactly what's going on? For all you know the site could be under attack. Don't end up with your foot in your mouth. All anyone wants is some communication.
I don't know whats going on but i do know creating threads, causing panic and having a go at staff will not help. If the site was under attack there would be nothing you could do anyway.
