i took 200mg xanax 5 days ago without knowing my wife the same moment was going to the er with her lungs failing. i blacked for 2 days.. i just got out yesterday...xanax scares the shit out of me, but ive been up for 42 hrs straight 2mg at 12 2mg 2 2mg 4 is 7am...what can i do

So every now and then someone posts about how they think they have taken too much of a substance and they are worried/in need of advice.
One example a month ago a gentleman/lady consumed too much of a psychedelic substance and was in a real panic ( i will try find a link to it )The kind members of these forums helped this user out and advised to ring an ambulance. Thankfully in the end they were OK and came back onto the thread to say thanks.
So i believe if people are unsure if they have taken a sensible amount, just ask on here
( Remember if you know you have taken a dangerous amount ring an ambulance immediately then get hold of a friend )
