But i disagree with publicly stating the name of the buyer account, that's what the blacklist is for.

Vendors calling customers retarded and stupid on the forums is unprofessional and rude. Once you sign up to be a vendor, rude and nasty customers are to be expected at times. It is the same with any business, but especially more so on here.
How would you deal with a cunt like that then whitebeard?
The reply is actually good, its coming on the forums calling customers names and giving out their username that looks bad. It makes the vendor just as bad as the customer in my book.
I would simply state the term and conditions also explaining holiday times which may increase the likelihood of the parcel being late.
I would then try and find out what happened to the package and state if i will do a reship/ refund if it doesn't turn up.

This process is being automated but is early. All users who have purchased vendor bonds have been upgraded as of now, but expect delays as we continue to strengthen our team.
