What is the error message?

If you notice a brand new vendor asking for FE on all listings under all circumstances from day one you should say to them they must have 35 sales completed before they can ask for FE.

Thats the rule they agreed to becomming a vendor is my understanding

I've seen two or three do this in the last week or two on the Aussie domestic scene (domestic FE is even worse) do this, never heard of them before, cheap prices, products that fill a gap in the market, set up 2 or 3 days before Xmas which gives them public holdiays and extra postal traffic to use as excuses as why express mail hasn't arrived.

Scam only successfully runs for 10 - 12 days (mind you still begging staff to pull down the listings) before feedback catches up with them.

They got anywhere from $20k to as much as $40 or $50k in a week. The three scams combined would have taken over $100 grand in less than a fortnight. Not ONE product sent, never even had any to send if they wanted to. Check out that feedback (link).

Same idea/ system set up and run (less sucxcessfully as by now even retard buyers are cautious) over NYE break, they still got $3 or $4k for their few days work. Was maybe even the same people as above.

Its these sort of set ups and those sort of piles of shit that run them, that led me set up the domestic vendor database, so at least forum active people won't fall for this shit anymore, cos if people look and ask we found MANY MORE VENDORS THAN YOU THINK OPERATING IN ESCROW.

Until mods have main site access and the support backlog is caught up, the only way the buyers (as a group) won't get screwed majorly by new vendor FE scams (like the on shown) AND established/ respected vendor exit FE scams (think a US cola vendor just went rogue in recent weeks) can be avoided is by sharing info and making sure as many people know as possible when you spot and FE vendor that got stuff too cheap to be true or even one that fills the demand for product previously unavailable on the road - don't just be smart and avoid, tell people to be careful IN THE FORUMS (not everyone is as smart as you, they want to believe its a good person having a sale or gets that impossible to find product).

This is not negative for vendors because ultimately every dollar thats goes into a scammers pocket, should have been in the pocket of a legit vendor.

This is correct you need to have 35 transactions before asking for FE. I suggest you inform mods or post on the forums if you notice new vendors breaking the rules.
It will help cut down on scams.

 Of course soon vendors can create a no escrow listing. I don't know if new vendors can use this listing though
