The only real problem is about were must be stored this images ?
To be viewable, pictures must be hosted somewhere. It can be directly on the forum, but this could be exploited to upload some malicious code and that is a too big risk.
It could also be stored into a website like imageshack.us ... But use a third-party website isn't secure too... So guys, sorry for that bad news but this will be never possible.
Too much risky just for some fun :/
