Hey mate, multiple requests for a loan by someone just over 50 posts is a red flag for a lot of people as these have been the people who don't normally pay back.

We look back on the thread quite a few pages so no need to keep posting.

UPDATE:

There is a fix in place for both the negative balance and the vendor bond cancellation issues being put through their paces in our test environment. Once we are %100 confident that they will function as designed without causing any other problems to spring up, they will be rolled out to production.

We have already seen some undesired results from these fixes which is requiring further debugging. There is no ETA on the implementation/fix. I am simply trying to provide everyone with some new information on the matter.


I advice you not to cancel your bond to get it back as a few vendors have done this and lost there vendor account. I don't know if they havent got the right sales/ stats to claim it back or it is a SR bug but it is better to be safe than sorry.

SR staff will be working on this and i don't know the full details but i just want to give a heads up so it doesnt happen to any other vendors.

I would advise all vendors not to cancel there bond to get it back and get support to do it manualy incase this happens to you aswell.
