It's amazing to me that despite how nearly every vendor is willing to work with the customer, customers choose to just bash them in reviews/ratings without evven trying to find a resolution.  such is the vendor life i suppose.

I will never make outlandish claims and say i am the best vendor ever and i am perfect.
However I am an honest hard working vendor who tries to make the customer happy.
All i  ask is for customers to leave feedback later. It can't be edited at the moment so it is the same with customers who FE early and just say: FE all good so far.

This does not help future customers in choosing the correct vendors and avoiding scammers

well spotted plutopete, I am not sure it means much though. AllonRock were using a wiki image (I think) and I received a  couple of orders from them before they started scamming. Taking digital photos can have imcriminating information attached to the image, maybe these people want to be safe. worth keeping an eye on though.

Yes i agree bee well spotted i think it is better when vendors use their own images personally, it shows more honesty.

What about the vendors that were activated manually by Sarge before he retired.  How do we go about getting our vendor bond back?

I am in the same boat mate. They are sorting out all the priority issues on the site first then i presume we will manually get it back. Just have to wait mate, its better for us to have to wait a bit longer than have an insecure site and the bugs we are experiencing
