Ok look, I has been on SR since last November. I have been scammed by SimplyTheBest at the very beginning. I did not trust anyone since and despite this, I ordered from HAIZENBERG on the 14th January 2014 and I actually received it today with a very good stealth and communication from him. And trust me, I did a lot of research on Haizenberg before and I actually read all the bullshit said about him on the forum. So I hesitated to order but once I saw all the good feedbacks & reviews here : silkroad5v7dywlc.onion/index.php?topic=5444.0 , I decided to believe that it's impossible that Haizenberg is a scammer or even a selective scammer. What's the fucking point to be a SELECTIVE scammer ? Scamming people just for 25 euros (1G of molly) is pointless compared to all the money he can make in NOT scamming people. If he really wanted to scam buyers, he would've done like SimplyTheBest : make everyone FE before the Xmas shutdown then disappeared like a motherfucker.
I, for one, think that there is a lots of fake buyer accounts (maybe from another vendors) who are trying to tarnish his reputation. So new buyers, before placing any order, do your homework : research the vendor on the forum, send PM's to the buyers who actually reviewed the vendor you want to order from and have your OWN opinion.
Concerning Haizenberg, everyone who got suspicion on him, feel free to contact me and ask me any question !
PS : I think SR staff should delete anonymity of the feedbacks on SR. It would be more usefull to know the name of the buyers, see their profile and even be able to PM them. I think people are being scammed by some vendors because there is no buyer-buyer communication !

^ Agree with all of This ^ +1 to you. I just don't think vendors, especially the ones who have proven they're in this for the long-haul have anything to gain by selective scamming. Why scam someone for £30, and then lose all future custom from that person? I'm sure most vendors realise that some of their best customers began with small orders, and then became loyal customers and started ordering bigger amounts. I also agree that some vendors are giving rival vendors bad feedback to ruin their rep, and then they end up on a thread like this being accused of being a selective scammer.
A word of advice to people - before branding someone a 'selective scammer', just keep messaging them, keep it polite and keep asking if / when you can have that reship or refund. My mate had a BIG order (£500) from Frankm not arrive (Xmas 2012 on SR1). Frank was his usual crap-self at replying the messages, or when he did reply it was a one sentence reply and not very helpful. He kept asking my mate to wait in case it arrived (xmas post, etc). Eventually, 2 months after the original order, he sent the full reship! By then my mate was calling him a cunt (to me) and had given up on ever getting the order.
Basically I don't think Frank trusted my mates word about the no-show, so he employed stalling tactics, and when my mate wouldn't give up and kept asking for it, eventually Frank believed him and decided to send a full reship. I suppose the moral of the story is don't start getting shitty with a vendor over an order not turning up. If you lose your cool and get abusive I don't expect they'll give a fuck about losing you as a future customer.
Keep it civil and they should eventually sort you out. A lot of vendors (certainly from SR1) had a 30 day period before they'll even consider a reship, so you gotta play the waiting game.

Excellent advice. Vendors can be under a lot of stress especaily big name and busy vendors Like Frank Matthews. Manners and politness cost nothing and they will appreciate this. Plus the tons of messages busy vendors get everyday must be hard.
Rememebr most vendors will just be as dissapointed as you if a package doesnt arrive. As for selective scamming i suppose it does go on sometimes but there is no point as more happy customers means repeat business. I believe when you are busy as Frank there will be the odd mishap, it is bound to happen.
