3. Submit feedback, with the URL of the thread in the feedback box
4. Problem Solved. Customer can read/modify review. Vendor can submit retorts to accusations. Buyers can easily see in more detail past experiences to decide if they want to work with vendor.

Everyone is happy.

Common sense wins.

I got a better one:

1. Don't FE, only till it has arrived, else contact the vendor first before taking any further options.

A lot of vendors direct cutomers to review threads but unfortunately i find a lot of people do not go on the forums or still havent spammed to 50

SR staff have previoulsy said they will not announce or give exact dates for features anyomre as they want to concentrate and get on top of everything first.

When a feature is done, it will be announced on the day, this is to avoid confusion and future threads saying ' where is this feature then'

Stay firm and patient people, we will get there eventually and SR is not going anywhere.

Wow that would be verry annoying if it occurs alot, sucks to be a vendor these days.

It is hard for vendors and customers both i believe with things like lack of auto finalise and no feedback edit.
These things will come along as SR staff are very busy but i believe if we were all a bit more careful and mindful we will get there in the end :)

Maybe they should just take the market down until it's ready...

I believe at the moment there is no transaction limit before you can FE or if there is a lot of vendors are ignoring this.
Please customers if you do FE, leave feedback later, this helps prevent new vendors trying to scam.

Like Biogen says i feel his pain, please customers finalise once you recieve.

Also please another thing, i have been in discussion with a lot of vendors who are struggling a great deal as nearly all their funds are stuck as a high volume of customers are not finalising.
Please finalise as soon as you get a package as your favourite vendors may struggle and disapear. I am encouraging a lot of vendors not to leave and stick at it but it is hard when i have nearly all my funds locked up due to this issue myself.

I have decided that this weekend when i have restocked in Cocaine and MDMA every order will be FE. It is with a heavy heart i have to say this as i always said to myself i will never ask this as i have full faith in escrow and from the begining of SR1 i never FE. But i just have no money and restocking is taking forever.

OK an update. The customer who gave me a 1/5 has sincerely apologised as he didnt know you couldn't update the feedback so i am happy now and so is he as i am still givng him his money back. This is what i mean, just some customer interaction so we are both happy.
If a customer is not happy with the product i can only apologise and they are fully entitled to that opinion as i am all for free speech and honesty!:)
My point is i just want to help the customer so hold on the feedback as it can screw up the vendors.
I also had a not so great review and yet again the cutomer honestly did not realsie you cant edit feedback and apologised again. he is now also happy as the issue of weight slightly under is easily resolved when i send some extra :)

So please for me and other vendors sakes hold on feedback, even if you FE wait till you have the prodcut. This helps all future customers and vendors in the future :)
Believe me the majority of vendors want to please their customers as much as possible :)
Times are hard for everyone at the moment for everyone on SR so mplease lets communicate more :)

Fair comment and very good of you to still provide a re-ship/re-fund what ever, you're actually making me want to switch suppliers but mine has sweet sniff so I'm pretty torn lol

Either way keep the good work up bro and will be keeping my eye out on this thread still at the least ;)

I believe customer sevice goes along way :)

Most vendors were or are still a buyer themselves so we understand when a customer can get frustrated :)
