The professor house situation has already been addressed by the mods. He is attempting to find vulnerabilites in SR to hack it/shut it down.
Believe it or not, keeping him as a vendor is actually beneificial for SR staff so they can keep an eye on him. There is plenty of warnings in the forums about him so all we can do is keep people aware
