 Ebay would be fine if they didn't make you wait 3 whole weeks after the payment is sent  (ridiculous) to get paid for you item. Apparently Ebay does this with everything now kinda ruins it.

Don't blow the forum up with retarded posts like this.  I don't know Hiniguel whatsoever other than reading his forum posts and if what he claims about himself is completely true, then the following several things are true:

1.  He's loaded.  Wealthier than the vast majority of users here.

2.  He's an extremely reputable vendor.

3.  He has (verifiably) given away multiple thousands of dollars to various people here.  Anonymous strangers on the internet.  Simply because he can, and because he cares about this community as a whole.

So forgive me if I accuse you of being absolutely full of shit.  This is a matter for you and Hiniguel to discuss in private.  Either take a chill pill (Xanax works quite well) and wait for your damn package or contact Hiniguel and as long as you aren't a complete fucking jackass he'll probably just give you your money back.  Do not accuse him of being a scammer.  Calmly explain your situation to him (package has taken x days, a bit worried now) <- or something along those lines.  If you come off as arrogant of a prick as you do here, I wouldn't be surprised if he told you to go fuck yourself, which is exactly what I'd do were I him.  To be completely frank, he doesn't owe you shit, and if he did he would make good on it.  He seems to be busy with several other pursuits these days so do be patient and don't send him 10k messages.  Vendors take on a much greater risk than buyers so if you come at him with fists swinging, expect nothing because at the end of the day you guys are complete strangers on the internet and you're a small-time buyer with his head up his ass.

* Note:  Some of the language I use above is...insensitive, to put it politely, so don't let it get to your head.  When dealing with vendors, especially ones who basically WILL NOT scam you (like Hiniguel), a little politeness goes a long way.
