LONG STORY SHORT...I ORDERED 2 LBS FROM CaliforniaBuddy...HE WAS IN STEALTH MODE. I MESSAGED HIM TO ASK IF HE IS STILL SHIPPING WEED?...HE SAYS YES......WE AGREE ON A PRICE..AFTER ALL IS SAID AND DONE...HE PROMISES TO OVERNIGHT THE 2LBS (WE HAVE DONE THIS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE)...I GET THE PACKAGE AND INSIDE IS NO WEED...JUST A BUNCH OF PLASTIC THAT WEIGHTS THE EXACT SAME.... AS IF THERE WAS WEED IN THERE....I FEEL LIKE HE CHOSE ME TO SCAM BECAUSE HE FEELS COMFORTABLE WITH ME...WE ALWAYS TALK..AND KEEP IN TOUCH...I THOUGHT OF HIM AS A FRIEND AND WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAPPEN...I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS HAS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE?? HE HASN'T GOT BACK TO ME...REMEMBER THIS IS 2LBS OF WEED....PRETTY LARGE ORDER =(

yes i stayed in escrow....its been 2 days since i last spoke to him...i feel like because of his reputations an stats..feedback etc. i have no chance at proving this. unless others have had something like this happen....any suggestions ?

i always stay in escrow!!.....hes in stealth mode...he said he was on vacation but we spoke an he said it wouldn't be a problem shipping....i feel like his rep on SR is to strong and will really help him out....i need any other person to come forward ....also the size of my order i think played a HUGE part...he didnt have any big listing up...but at the same time...this isnt my first package...i think he got comfy with me ...and took advantage =(

Yes, his rep will make things difficult, but if you have quality buyer stats than SR admins should at least look into everything properly and you may get lucky with them, especially with CB's recent vacation and lack of communication.

I did business with him a couple months ago. I sent him an HP and he said I was an oz short. I was pretty skeptical cause I have never been that far off before but I said I would give him back some money anyway. He went on to say I was a scammer and a bunch of other bullshit. After he got his refund he still didnt change his 3/5 rating.
And he keeps trying to do business with me. Every week he messages me asking whats new. I dont know what that fool is on.

Man you keep mentioning this and laughing it off as if it's bullshit but i've been in this forum since day 1 and there was a "calibuddy/whatever very familiar name" that ripped off some ppl in late 2011 early 2012 and took a long vacation. Maybe I'll go diging back in the threads to see what I find about this particular scenario. i know for a fact he had a david spade avatar.
This entire situation is shady period. and in most cases the scammer walks away with the btcs.

Maybe you want to read the transcript then? You can clearly tell he is bullshitting and I have not found SR until 4 months before my vendor account. I am not going to let some italian kid with his facebook page as a stack of wad as his cover photo and works as a boss forhimself as a "self-made millionaire". I always just do my part of the business while you do yours. You think im going to risk my reputation over a 2lb deal? If you read my welcome intro and description when I first started, I been saying Ive been shipping for years before i even found sr. I always helped him even when a 3lb package got lost, i fucking shipped him 2 more and he only complained about it. Then he kept askin what i had then when it was time for shipment i got the custom link for him then shot his order out the very next day express. he got it a day late and i told him itll get there no worries because i work hard for customer's safety. Do i want to lose anything? NO! Why scam when i can continue with just a few people that buys bulk at a time that gives me enough? After SR's huge maitenance it only got more me more paranoid especially since SR did get hacked and then ONion uploader got hacked. Not only that my sales slowly fell short becausei know my prices were high. so to be safe i went on vacation mode and only worked with the people ihand picked out for bulk work. i dont fuck around and im here to do real fucking business. im a nice person and everone knows that. why the hell would i ever do this? I BELIEVE IN KARMA AND HES GOING TO GET IT FOR RUINING MY DAY WITH RAGE. All i could think of was youre ugly ass italian face. Thanks asshole.

TY slicker i knew that was a true situation but couldnt quite grasp it.
Why CB keeps bringing it up IDK, But may I just say CB needs to be on probation at the very least for clearnet searching member names, that's against my SR guidelines and needs to be further looked into. A heroin vendor just got banned for threatening to use dox to harm a member and as far as I'm concerned this isnt but a pebble toss different. This shady activityb in it's self is a whole new pov and cant be tolerated.
