I use GPG and suddenly all keys disappeared overnight.
Today I open GPG keycahin access and all keys were gone.
How can this happen?
-
Strange.
I closed GPG keychain access and relaunched it and my saved keys reappeared. this happened after I saved 2 keys in the empty keychain.
Am I compromised?

I doubt it. Software sometimes hiccups or crashes or exhibits other odd behaviour -- it's the nature of the beast. Computers are complex systems -- I sometimes marvel that they work as well as they do.

Another thing you could do just to be sure is to make sure your PGP program is up-to-date.
While in general, this is good advice, I'm of the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" school. I recently advised someone on here who updated their GPGTools installation to the latest nightly build, only to find out that it broke something that they relied upon. Luckily, they had a previous version stashed, and were able re-install that, so they were ok. That's always a danger when updating software -- sometimes updating can cause more problems than it solves. You need to stress the fact that you always need to have an earlier copy you can re-install if the later copy causes you any issues.
