Title: bitcoins not showing up in my account

Hi Guys

Yesterday approx 5:00pm I deposited £50 to btcxuk for bitcoin.I trust btcxuk with my money I am not blaming them, I have still not received the coin into my wallet. Blockchain shows no new transactions on the address.
The address is 1HcTZHSJyi2DM1kXJxEsEgCEhkxq6NLAmn. Any help is appreciated

I have contacted btcxuk . the reply was they have sent the coin i have to contact SR

I sent the blockchain link to them aswell when complaining about the funds not showing up.

Here is the message thread from tormail yesterday. It was definitely the correct address


We hv defo sent it talk to SR. I am not sure we can do anything.

This happened to someone before and the issue was with their wallet and
they got it resolved.

 how bad can my luck get. Before xmas i ordered 7g of thai from budworx it still hasnt arrived and now I have been ripped off from btcxuk. I am starting to realise i am not going to recieve either. I have been dealing with btcxuk for a while now, I work hard everyday to make money to invest into bitcoin. Am I able to claim the £50 back from my bank as it is basically theft. I sent the money believing i would recieve a service in return but never recieved the service. btcxuk probably sent to the wrong address are they liable to resend to the correct one.

I have the received the bitcoin i payed for. To inform anybody else that reads this it helps to not just stand back if you don't get what you pay for you have got to ask for help
BTCXUK provide a top notch service reliable quick and good communication for bitcoin.

you should ask them to send you another 50$ for screwing you around and threaten them that you going to spread the  word  ;D ;D ;D
