Title: Vendor Account HELP/TECH!! With POSTAGE OPTIONS1!

Hey everyone,

I have already sent a message to SR support... But basically I cannot put up a listing... and have been trying for quite some time now due to the postage options.. and whenever I try to add a postage option it says... "the name you have provided is not valid" I have tryed naming it many different things and nothing seems to work? Please let me know

Hi, support, we are also having this problem.  We've lost our postage option for all our current listings and when we try to "add postage listing", we get the error message:

"The name you provided is not valid. We currently only allow a-z and 0-9."

Hell yes, CaptainMal (+1),

That work-around did the trick for us, although it was a bit more involved.  We found a listing in which, for whatever reason, the default postage listing had not disappeared, "set as default", and then went back to the other listings which were all hella buggy and "load defaults" and voila!
