Title: Can anyone tell me how to get bitcoin now, without leaving my couch?

I need 5 bitcoins tonight, but there seems to be no way to purchase them without driving miles to get a moneypak, etc.
Anyone have any ideas?   (NOT asking for handouts.)

buy a little over 5 btc worth of an amazon gift card, sell it on the forums?
