Can this still be done safely with the giving the vendor a secret question to answer when they get the money?

WHUT?

What bitcoin exchange are you thinking of?

Use https://fastcash4bitcoins.com  ...  you can't send yourself a WU payment ... if you had money to send, you'd already have it ... Are you talking about using a bitcoin exchange to sell your coins for cash?

I think he is looking for a bitcoin exchange that he can sell his coins at and they will send his cash as western union.

What a fucktard. Send yourself money that you already have? Genius! And for a small fee..

You give me the impression you are a junior detective on a crusade trying to find a way to break the anonymity of Bitcoin... Well Sherlock, you should sit on the side a bit longer, watch and learn. soon you will discover the only way LE will stop the SR juggernaut is by x-raying every single mail article in the world, cracking PGP or best case scenario giving up ebforcing our 'freedom' and letting us decide for ourselves what is right or wrong,

Wow. You're certainly an ignorant little fella, aren't ya.  ??? And paranoid to boot.

The OP's intention, as described in his thread title, was to find out the possibility of 'sending yourself a W.U. order via a Bitcoin exchange' i.e. cashing out from a Bitcoin exchange via Western Union. Nowhere did they mention that they were trying to send themselves money that they already had.

I believe the 'fucktard' label should be stuck on your own forehead rather than using it to attack the OP.  ;)
