Title: 24 hours, 80+ confirmations, and BTC still not showing in my SR address
Post by: oinkfat on October 19, 2012, 10:58 pm: So I have a SR address that is nearly a year old, and I transferred 23+ btc to my SR address

And I still don't see the coins. Something is wrong because blockchain and blockexplorer both show the transaction complete and there's been well over 80 confirmations.

I sent multiple PMs to SR support yesterday but they have been unable to read the messages. Could someone please help me?

like one guy was saying he got an error of something after he deposited the cash....i think you posted in his thread i dont know.

Don't worry, we are 100% CERTAIN that DPR and the SR Support team will resolve it asap.

Hopefully this is worked out sooner than later. I'm just surprised it's been 72 hours and still no response from SR support team.

I tried to add new address, but this somehow didn't work. So I sent BTC to my old SR address. >12 confirmations and still nothing (6 is sufficient). Hope this issue will be resolved ASAP.

Post by: itiho on October 21, 2012, 08:47 pm: I have the same problem. More than 3 days and no btc :( The problem is that it is my first time on SR and this is not a good way to start =) But knowing that even experienced users have the same problems calms me down. Hope SR support will answer asap.

The worst part of it is that I have to watch the last of BoyMaster's permium amphetamine sell out in front of my eyes. It's probably the saddest thing I've ever had to watch.

I still haven't received my initial $300 to my old address but at least I was able to purchase.

Always wait for that transfer to arrive before hitting 'get a new address' again and sending more Bitcoin to your SR account's new wallet address.
If you have a problem send ONE message to SR Support detailing the amount of the transaction, the date, the approximate time, and the from / to addresses.
Do not bombard SR Support with messages about the same issue. If it appears 'unread' in your Sent folder it is possible that it has been read using the 'Bulk Reply' feature, but just not yet responded to.
If after 5 days your issue has not been resolved, send another message reminding SR Support that you have an 'open ticket' with them.

Really wish I'd get this seen by someone that can help.

Just be patient and as long as you sent SR Support a message you will eventually get your coins.

I think the key to this whole thing is getting a new BTC address before you even deposit BTC in to a brand new account and getting a new address after every deposit.
