Hello, I bought the seller bitcoins Diamond Rx for moneypak's.I contacted with him via ICQ and after he cashed them, he accused me of fraud, said that bank blocked his bank account(because my product was produced by fraud, it is not true) and that he was not going to send me bitcoins until I do so that his account is blocked. This principle should not be my problem,because he takes a moneypak's at him own risk.I'm not responsible for what happens after cashing, maybe it was not at all in my product and let somebody else who selled moneypak's to him
Please help.How can I get my bitcoins to me?

Hello, I just got ripped off by this guy too, it seems.
I am a new user, but have been browsing this site for a few weeks now. As an attempt to start purchasing items off this site I attempted to buy bitcoins off user DiamondRx. The item was called "Cash Deposit at 3 Major US banks for Bitcoins 0FEE" (which has now been deleted from his lists). I looked through his profile a bit before purchaseing due to that he seemed to have a pretty decent rate for bitcoins (he had all positive reviews, and >30 reviews) but failed to notice at this time that almost all his reviews were only a day old. I have the feeling that he created alt. accounts to post the reviews himeself. He said he would get back to me in 40 or so minutes and it has been over 12 hours now.
The deposit was for $280 dollars usd. I don't know if maybe he just dissapeared for awhile, but I'm worried since the listing I purchased is no longer listed. I really dont know what to do, or if there is a course of action I could take to get my money back, if there is anything anyone could do to help me finding out about this that would be greatly appreciated
I have all the messages he sent me, as well as a receipt from the bank deposit. Just looking to get my fair share of bit coins.

Still no word from DiamondRX, and no bitcoins... Afraid I'm going to end up losing my investment :\

Ordered yesterday and no reply, plus cant even find his sellers page. It really sucks cause its a friends money pack, however he was here looking at vendors and we both figured to go with him
. Still fucking blows though. Wish I knew the fuck so I could destroy him.
Let me know what happens to you guys and if he delivery's the coin.

Yeah, it says he has read the messages I've sent him, but hasn't replied at all. Been well over a day and a half. Pretty sure we're just fucked on this :\

Something I've noticed: when a BTC vendor says "0FEE" they are usually (not always but usually) a little sketchy.

Like nolsen said how do you report him? Just message the admins? I however would rather get scammed then scam. I like knowing I'm a man and not a little bitch ass piece of shit. People like DiamondRx I would love to meet on the street and just stomp is fucking head into a curb.

Just a heads up, I used btcpal for all my others and they were in less than 24hrs and 10% fee, so pretty good, he just didn't have the coin this time and was out of town. Also I heard bitcoinmama is good and another one that I cant remember.
Peace & good luck. Hate to see decent people get fucked but Karma is a bitch. Hopefully he gets jacked on the street or ass fucked by some big black dude lol I can always dream.
